QMÓZ is a dynamically developing, modern domestic production of high-quality metal structures and complete transformer substations.

The Karasai Machine-Building Plant was designed by PSI ENGINEERING to fulfill orders for the implementation of industrial projects with high demands on the quality of manufactured products, including those meeting international standards. The plant was built at its own expense by PSI ENGINEERING and commissioned in early 2017.

PSI ENGINEERING spent considerable time and resources studying the experience of successful European steelworks, both in the field of production technology and in the field of design methods. As a result, one of the main advantages of the Karasai Machine-Building Plant was the design process carried out in modern three-dimensional modeling systems Tekla Structures and Advance Steel, and high-performance automated numerically controlled machines from industry leaders with an interface compatible with these three-dimensional systems.

The plant aims to produce high-quality products that meet all modern requirements, including the requirements of international standards imposed by customers of global brands operating in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The plant is constantly improving the quality level of its products and improving methods of managing production processes, as well as retrofitting and expanding production, preparing production sites for the introduction of new technologies, and also building and opening new workshops.

Factory production area:

13 650 M² - the main workshop;
1 900 M² - paint shop;
3,500 M² - an administrative building for plant management personnel and engineers.
The total area of the plant is 24 hectares.
